Stop Smoking
The way that stop smoking is works:
Amanda asks that you commit to two sessions. They are scheduled within the same week — only a few days apart.
Each session is one hour. When you come in for the first session you will first sit and talk with Amanda about when, where and why you smoke so that she can customize your session specifically for you.
Then she will explain how and why hypnosis works. Then you will actually do hypnosis.
Most people never smoke again after the first session.
Then you come back in for the second session and you will talk for a few minutes about your experience as a non-smoker for the last few days and you do another hypnosis session where she strengthens and reinforces what you did at the last session so that you are a life-long permanent non-smoker.
Tools for success
Amanda gives everyone stress management tools that you can use during your day so that you feel in control.
What most people experience is that you will go a while, which you might do now when you are busy, without
thinking about smoking. Then it comes up, but instead of the craving, yearning, "I’ve got to have a cigarette now"
feeling
it comes up as a thought, then you use one of the tools Amanda gives you and the thought is released and you
refocus back to what you were doing and then you have another long period of time where you do not think
about smoking.
Over time and with use of the tools the time between thoughts gets longer and longer and it gets easier and easier.
The most important ingredient to this working is that you want to quit...
