How Amanda works with these areas
She likes to set up an initial one hour session where you will sit and talk about what you need help with. She will also explain how and why hypnosis works and she usually has enough time to also do a short hypnosis session. At that time she will be able to determine how many sessions and how frequently she would like to work with you. Often Amanda will also record the session and create a custom CD for you for reinforcement.
